What We Do

Process-Mapping and Gap Analysis

We help organizations strengthen person-centred services by taking the time to fully understand the client experience—from first contact through ongoing engagement with programs and supports. We identify where systems are working well and where barriers or inefficiencies may exist. By combining this ground-level understanding with broader knowledge of how health and social service systems function, we help to to redesign processes, remove friction points, and optimize services so that programs are both more responsive to individual needs and more effective in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Person-Centred Services

We help organizations develop a deeper understanding of the people they serve by looking beyond simple service statistics and exploring the full range of barriers clients may face. Meaningful support requires understanding whether people are actually able to access and benefit from the services they are referred to. This approach helps organizations design programs that are more realistic, connected, and responsive to the complexity of people’s lives.

Centering your services around your clients and your expertise

Strategic Planning

In a funding environment that is often driven by grants and short-term opportunities, organizations can easily be pulled in many directions.  A strong strategic vision helps leaders stay focused on what their organization does best and allows forward progress with purpose and intentionality.

Driving towards maximum impact

Driven by Data

We work with organizations to make the most of the data systems they already have in place while bringing additional expertise to strengthen how that information is used. We focus on understanding existing data structures—such as reporting systems, program metrics, and operational data—and helping teams interpret what that information is actually telling them. By combining these internal data sources with practical analytical approaches and sector experience, we turn raw data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making, improve services, and demonstrate impact.

Contact us

We live, work, and play on the traditional lands within Treaty Six Territory. We would like to thank the diverse Indigenous Peoples whose ancestors’ footsteps have marked this territory for centuries, such as nêhiyaw (Nay-hee-yow) / Cree, Dene (Deh-neyh), Anishinaabe (Ah-nish-in-ah-bay) / Saulteaux (So-toe), Nakota Isga (Na-koh-tah ee-ska) / Nakota Sioux (Na-koh-tah sue), and Niitsitapi (Nit-si-tahp-ee) / Blackfoot peoples. We also acknowledge this as the Métis’ (May-tee) homeland and the home of one of the largest communities of Inuit south of the 60th parallel. We acknowledge the lasting impacts of colonialism on Indigenous Peoples of this land and commit to honouring the histories, traditions, and ceremony of those who came before us as we work towards truth and reconciliation.
