With over two decades of frontline experience in healthcare as a pharmacist and senior leader across complex health and social-service organizations, I founded my health strategy consultation practice to help organizations translate mission into measurable impact. Drawing on a career spent navigating system-level challenges, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and maximizing limited resources, I partner with healthcare leaders and service systems to design evidence-informed strategies that improve outcomes, enhance operational performance, and strengthen community health. My approach blends clinical insight with executive leadership, ensuring that every engagement is rooted in real-world experience, practical foresight, and a commitment to sustainable, person-centered solutions.

Processes

We believe in solutions that come from within. The people who live, work, and raise families here know this community best—and their voices must shape its future. Together, we can build a stronger, more connected Ward pihêsiwin.

Every dollar matters. Edmonton deserves a city budget that reflects our priorities and delivers real value. Let’s focus on the basics - robust public services, smart infrastructure, and programs and amenities  that improve daily life and protect our future.

Risk Management

Every Edmontonian deserves to feel secure—in their home, on their street, and as their children move through the city. We need proactive solutions that protect our families, our homes, and our peace of mind—without compromising compassion or community.

Strategic Planning

Our city needs solutions of all types – we need well-planned density around major hubs and corridors to capitalize on existing infrastructure. When we do need to grow outwards, we do so with consideration for how those communities impact our existing ones.

Our campaign acknowledges the traditional land on which we reside is in Treaty Six Territory. We would like to thank the diverse Indigenous Peoples whose ancestors’ footsteps have marked this territory for centuries, such as nêhiyaw (Nay-hee-yow) / Cree, Dene (Deh-neyh), Anishinaabe (Ah-nish-in-ah-bay) / Saulteaux (So-toe), Nakota Isga (Na-koh-tah ee-ska) / Nakota Sioux (Na-koh-tah sue), and Niitsitapi (Nit-si-tahp-ee) / Blackfoot peoples. We also acknowledge this as the Métis’ (May-tee) homeland and the home of one of the largest communities of Inuit south of the 60th parallel. We acknowledge the lasting impacts of colonialism on Indigenous Peoples of this land and commit to honouring the histories, traditions, and ceremony of those who came before us as we work towards truth and reconciliation.
